The service department at this dealership is outstanding. I've dealt with the same advisor (Jonathan) for years and always come away satisfied and pleased with my decision to use this dealership for things like oil changes, tire rotation, coolant flushes and so forth. Shocking, really, when you consider the reputation car dealers suffer generally. Not here, though; this service department may be small but they're professional, quick and true to their word (my appointment always holds up).

I had a very disappointing experience working with Mike, the finance manager at Kia, when I leased two vehicles. What should have been an exciting and straightforward process turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable situation.
From the start, communication was poor and I felt like I wasn’t being treated with honesty or respect. Important details were either glossed over or not clearly explained, and I had to repeatedly ask for clarification on basic terms. Instead of being helpful, Mike came across as dismissive and more focused on pushing paperwork through than making sure I understood what I was signing.

Signing all the electronic forms after Isaah negotiated the deal for us, was the only hard part. There were lots of electronic forms about financing(which we didn't have), litigation, insurance, etc. which the man barely went over and rushed us to sign with barely any time to look it over. It was very stressful for us, and we didn't even require any financing. That man left immediately after we finished and it wasn't even 4pm. Hopefully Kia can improve this part of the buying progress.
Corey is the best service manager I know very kind and honest. Always working hard and going over a beyond.

On 06-24-25 I purchased my Kia lease at the Wesley Chapel Dealership. I had good interaction with everyone except Mike Good, the finance manager.
I am surprised by the all the five star reviews on the Kia website for Mike. Something tells me they are getting filtered… I also echoed my concerns to Jayson Lowe who I interacted before coming and he was very helpful throughout.

I was lied to. I was told after they pulled my credit I qualified for 3.99 financing. After I looked at my contract the fine manager put it at 6.79. Also I was told I would get 22k for my used car the finance jerk put down 21k. This is bait and switch and I am doing everything to deal with these scammers

Bought the 2025 IKA Soul GT Class because of its "value for money". If you're thinking about purchasing new, the car is suitable for seniors and families alike with an overall excellent performance, including technology, seat comfort, legroom and headroom, materials, and finishes. However, it's a bit noisy in the cabin on highway miles... and it's not incredibly attractive. But the overall effect is impressive.

Manny Pena in the service dept is a rock star. He has always taken care of my wife and her vehicle and recently it was in for repairs when hurricane Milton headed this way. It took my wife over three hours to get to the dealership to pick up her care. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and when I sat down and started working the numbers with him he was very informative and down the earth. Didn’t give me the run around and was blatantly truthful about the numbers and what he was gonna do for me. He was able to get me a brand New Kia for less than 500 a month. If you want a place that’s gonna work with you and give you there best. I’d go to KIA of Wesley Chapel!!
