Our Community Projects

Kia For A Cause

Kia For A Cause

Kia of Wesley Chapel is your community’s Kia dealership for a reason. We were proud to host our “Kia for Cause” initiative in early August featuring Redeeming Love Foster Closet and Got Sneakers! Got Sneakers operates a recycling program that donates up to $7 per pair of used sneakers – the funds raised benefit the Redeeming Love Foster Closet, which supports foster parents by providing them with all necessary supplies when they welcome a new child.

Wesley Chapel High School Sponsorship

Wesley Chapel High School Sponsorship

We are proud to serve our community in many different ways. But most of all, we are proud to serve local youth and education. That’s why we’re the official sponsor of Wesley Chapel High School’s football program. Go Wildcats!

Rescue Adoption Event

Rescue animal and volunteer

On July 8th, Kia of Wesley Chapel held our annual Southern States Bully Rescue adoption event! As always, we had an amazing turnout and many adoption applications were put in for the sweet fur-babies! Our local pet adoption events help nonprofits such as Southern States Bully Rescue bring awareness to their cause and bring attention to their social media pages. This, in turn, helps these sweet pups get adopted instead of living their lives in rescue or worse.

Their mission statement is they can change the world one dog at a time, and it is showing every single day in all that they do. You can get more info about them at https://www.southernstatesbullyrescue.org/about.

Pet Fest

Kia of Wesley Chapel hosted Pet Fest with Hits 106, and it was a great success! The Humane society of Pasco County was very happy with the turn out – looks like 2 of the 8 pups on site were adopted out! We set up near the road, so they had great exposure to 54! All around a wonderful day. Thank you to anyone that donated pet supplies, much appreciated! Thank you to Luis for doing another great live radio interview!

Marjorie’s Hope

On May 20th , Kia of Wesley Chapel partnered with Hits 106 out with once again for “Kia for a Cause”. This month’s Cause was Marjorie’s Hope and we were able to host a donation drive as well as an opportunity to donate for a chance to win an e-Bike!

Marjorie’s Hope is all about giving hope to children. This is accomplished through their Back-to-School and Clothes Donation program, as well as their amazing Cinderella Closet for students who need formal wear for proms or other dances. Students are able to select from a wide variety of Homecoming or Prom dresses, try them on and take one home to keep, completely free of charge. There is always an ongoing need for these items, especially as Marjorie’s Hope continues to grow to this side of Pasco county, so we invite you to donate to this amazing cause!

Dream Builders

Kia of Wesley Chapel so graciously donated to the Dream Builders Gala and Silent auction to benefit the kids in Haiti. This year’s event was more important than ever because Haiti is going thru a huge crisis with gangs and violence taking over the urban areas and making it nearly impossible for food and supplies to make it to the areas that need it most. Currently no one can travel there but Schools for Haiti is still able with feet already on the ground open a new school this year as well as continue to support and help the kids of Haiti thrive under unimaginable circumstances.

This video is a glimpse inside what Gil Ballie and his team at Schools for Haiti Has done and will continue to do.

Schools for Haiti

Schools for Haiti, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, was founded by Bonnie and Gil Bailie from Tampa, Florida in 2006, opening the first school with 12 students. Your support has allowed us to provide a Christ-centered education to approximately 2,000 students in 10 schools and serve over 400,000 hot meals throughout the school year. We also support two orphanages and are preparing to launch our first trade school.

It is our hope that more people will become involved and support our schools as we continue to educate and feed the children of Haiti. We firmly believe that we are making a difference in the lives of students who will make a difference in the future of Haiti.

Kia of Wesley Chapel was honored to be able to donate backpacks and school supplies to Schools For Haiti.

“Schools for Haiti operates to help the children of Haiti. They now support approximately 2,000 children in ten schools and a kindergarten. Many of these children live in make-shift houses and come to school hungry each day. Their mission addresses their most vital needs and provides hope for a better future.”
