2023 Kia EV6 in Wesley Chapel, FL
If you want to drive an award-winning EV, consider getting behind the wheel of the Kia EV6. This new electric vehicle from Kia blends sporty style with advanced tech to provide a comfortable and efficient ride.
The 2023 Kia EV6 is available at five trim levels: Wind (RWD), Wind (e-AWD), GT-Line (RWD), GT-Line (e-AWD), and GT (e-AWD).
Performance
You get to choose just how much power and efficiency you want with your new EV6. The two rear-wheel drive models — Wind (RWD) and GT-Line (RWD) — generate 225 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. This amounts to the best fuel economy at 134 MPGe in the city, 101 MPGe on the highway, and 310 miles of all-electric range (AER).[1]
The Wind and GT-Line models equipped with electronic all-wheel drive (e-AWD) offer a bit more when it comes to performance. Not only will you have added traction on various road conditions, but you’ll feel the added boost of 320 horsepower and 446 lb-ft of torque. These two trims get up to 120 MPGe in the city and 98 MPGe on the highway.[1] The Wind (e-AWD) trim gets 282 miles of AER while the GT-Line (e-AWD) trim gets 252 miles of AER.[1]
New this year is the Kia EV6 GT. This beastly version of the electric SUV takes things to a whole new level with a more powerful battery and sport suspension. This amounts to an unbelievable 576 horsepower and 545 lb-ft of torque. Even with all that power, you’ll still be able to travel quite a while with 85 MPGe in the city, 74 MPGe on the highway, and 206 miles of AER.[1]
Exterior
The attractive design of the 2023 EV6 is highlighted by its low, wide stance and its fastback-like body shape that exudes athleticism. The exterior can be painted in sophisticated colors like Snow White Pearl and Interstellar Gray as well as more vibrant options like Runway Red and Yacht Blue. The body is accented by Gloss Black features, including the wheel arch moldings, window surrounds, lower body cladding, and grille.
In addition to superb style, the new EV6 also offers functionality on the outside. Every trim comes with useful amenities like heated and power-folding side view mirrors with integrated turn signals, automatic rain-sensing windshield wipers, LED headlights with High Beam Assist, and a Smart Power tailgate. The GT-Line and GT models blend functionality with style via the sleek auto-extending flush door handles as well as a sunroof that opens up the cabin.
Interior
When you sit inside the Kia EV6, you’ll be surrounded by a wealth of premium features and upscale materials. The seats are covered in vegan leather, with the option of adding suede trimming on the GT-Line models. However, the EV6 GT is outfitted with exclusive black suede seats with neon-accented trim to emphasize its sporty prowess. Other standard amenities include heated and ventilated front seats, remote start, and a driver’s seat and outside mirror integrated memory system.
Technology
To help keep you connected on the go, the 2023 EV6 is equipped with a ton of advanced tech. You’ll first notice the gorgeous dual 12.3-inch displays that extend from the driver’s side, behind the steering wheel, to the center dash. The right display is where you’ll use all of the standard features like Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, SiriusXM® satellite radio, and Bluetooth®.
Beyond those useful features, the EV6 also comes with a standard Wi-Fi hotspot, a wireless phone charger, and four total USB charging ports (two in front and two in the rear). You’ll also get to listen to all of your favorite songs and podcasts through the standard 14-speaker Meridian premium audio system.
