Kia Telluride Named a Car and Driver 10Best Vehicle of 2022

The Kia Telluride family midsize SUV has been named to Car and Driver’s 10Best Cars and Trucks for 2022. The annual award is one of the most prestigious in the automotive industry and it is the third consecutive time that the Telluride makes it to the top 10.

“It’s probably the vehicle we most frequently recommend, simply because its thorough excellence enlivens the proletarian chores of daily driving,” said Ezra Dyer, senior editor and columnist for Car and Driver. “This is the SUV that makes it all happen, happily.”

There’s seemingly no area of the Telluride that Car and Driver didn’t love. From its handsome design and upscale interior to smooth ride and family-friendly features, Kia’s popular SUV is no stranger to industry awards. Since its launch in 2019 as a 2020 model, it has received dozens of honors from respected journalists, publications, and organizations.

For the 10Best award, it competed against 67 other vehicles, all with a base price under $90,000. Car and Driver evaluated the Telluride primarily based on its value, road manners, and the degree to which it fulfilled the mission it set out to do.
